Sesame and Sunflower Seeds Butter

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Sesame Seeds Raw and Unhulled
  • ½ cup Sunflower Seeds Raw and Hulled
  • 1 tbsp Lemon or Lime Juice
  • tsp Rock Salt
  • tsp Roasted cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • ½ tsp Dry ginger powder optional
  • 1 tsp Dry onion powder optional
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 2-3 Sprigs Fresh coriander leaves

Instructions

  • Soak the Seeds together in warm water for about 30 mins. Alternatively, you can soak them in normal water for 2-3 hours.
  • Peel garlic and keep aside. Fonely chop the coriander leaves.
  • Now, strain the seeds and keep the water in a separate bowl.
  • Blend the seeds and rest of the ingredients to make a smooth paste for consistency that you need. Use the water in the bowl per your needs.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Enjoy with bread, chapati, dosa or pancake.
